Was retro Tibia water sprite from KDE Kword?

 

The image is from timeline.kde.org KDE 2 release. This water sprite was on Tibia since the beginning, and I don't know if it is created by KDE.

On Tibia 7.6, this water sprite was replaced with graphics update. But it appeared again on Nostalgia island in some part as I remember.
